Mediation Project to the judgment debtors residing in the affected area in order to relieve their difficulties. For this purpose, all Legal Execution Offices in southern Thailand will perform as a mediator in the process to reduce a chance of debtors’ property seizer and attachment, and to promote the continuance of such mediation process. Therefore, the residents affected by flood in southern Thailand, who need to commence the post-judicial mediation, are able to inform the Mediation Center of the LED the intention to mediation by calling 0 2887 5085, 0 2887 5072, or Hotline: 1111 extension 79, or filing the petition to the Mediation Center via fax number: 028814816. Those interested in the project can also directly visit the Legal Execution Offices nationwide so that the LED subsequently informs the judgment creditors of such intention. For this purpose, the LED will inform and forward the detailed information of this project to the Emergency Operations Center for Flood, the Prime Minister’s Office.
