Mission, powers and duties of the Legal Execution Department

  • The Legal Execution Department has missions regarding the enforcement of civil cases, bankruptcy cases, debtor business rehabilitation cases according to court orders, liquidation according to court orders, placement of assets, property valuation and mediation in court execution disputes, seizing, attaching, and disposing of assets. Collect assets of debtors in bankruptcy cases. as well as overseeing the rehabilitation of the debtor's business so that creditors and stakeholders receive fair payment from the debtor. with duties and powers as follows:
    1. Execute civil cases according to court orders
    2. Proceed with bankruptcy enforcement according to court orders
    3. Proceed to rehabilitate the debtor's business according to court orders
    4. Conduct an audit of the accounting rights of stakeholders to receive their share of the case. Check expenses and collect enforcement fees.
    5. Liquidate a partnership, company, or legal entity as a liquidator following a court order.
    6. Accept deposit of property from the debtor or person entitled to deposit property
    7. Carry out property appraisal
    8. Proceed with the execution of warrants, pleadings, letters, or court announcements. or agencies within the department
    9. Develop systems, formats, and methods, including mediating disputes at the court enforcement level.

  • 1. Office of the Secretary of the Department
    Has duties and powers regarding the general operations of the department and other government services that are not separated into the duties of any specific division or government agency. Such duties and powers shall include:
