Conf identiality can be maintained as the persons

concerned in the process is obligated to keep

conf idential of the details during the process.
The agreement is binding to the parties and they can

neither revoke nor proceed differently without the

other party’s prior consent.
The parties can keep and continue their relationship

in the long run.
It is a flexible process whereby the parties can adopt

mediation to the case in whole or in part, leaving the

remaining issues to be proceeded through the legal
execution process.

It is a quality process as the mediators generally have
expertise in such areas.

The parties still maintain the right to proceed with

the legal execution process if they want to.
