the debtor do if he/she
needs to travel ?
If the debtor needs to travel out of the country,
he/she can ask for permission from the official
The Legal Execution Department Hotline 1111 ext. 79 that he/she complies with the following conditions :
receiver and there will be no fees imposed, provided
1. Meet the official receiver upon receipt of
notice for investigation of his/her business and assets.
2. Follow the instruction of the Court and the
official receiver, act in good faith, and co-operate
with the official receiver in collecting his/her assets.
